As a Freight Tracking Agent, you’ll own shipment visibility, communicate in real time and help prevent small issues from becoming big problems. What’s the job?

Track shipment progress across domestic lanes

Update systems with accurate shipment notes and milestones

Flag delays and exceptions immediately

Coordinate with carriers, agents and internal operations teams

Handle inbound shipment inquiries with confidence and clarity

Support service recovery and customer satisfaction initiatives

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Prior logistics or freight experience preferred
