Customer Support Specialist
Compensation: $17.25/hour + $1/hour differential for second shift, uncapped commission
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision while on contract; full benefits upon conversion
Location: Naperville, IL – 1415 W. Diehl Road
Work Model: 100% onsite

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability, growth and a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting chance for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a call center setting, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to develop their sales skills. Training begins Sept. 15, and we are seeking candidates who are comfortable working onsite, navigating multiple systems and receiving coaching feedback.
What’s the job?

Sell home warranty and energy-related products as a Customer Support Specialist following quality standards and scripted processes

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

Navigate internal systems efficiently while entering accurate data
-
Communicate the value of products and services and resolve enrollment errors
-
Maintain knowledge of claims and transfer processes
-
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
-
Contribute to a positive, results-driven, customer-focused culture

Seek opportunities to improve satisfaction, productivity and results
What’s needed?

Previous call center experience preferred

Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

Comfort receiving coaching, feedback and call monitoring

Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. during training; shift assigned between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. after training

Ability to work 100% onsite in Naperville
