LaSalle Network is currently hiring for a Customer Service Team Lead position with one of our clients that will be hybrid out of Naperville.
Position Overview

- Location: Hybrid in Naperville, Illinois
- Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday Remote
- Pay: $28/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the Helpdesk and Advocacy teams by analyzing escalated customer calls and complaints, tracking service metrics, and creating reports that highlight trends and opportunities for operational improvement.Qualifications:
- Review and analyze escalated customer calls and complex support cases, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- Pull and organize data from Salesforce or other CRM systems into Excel, using tools such as pivot tables to track KPIs and operational metrics.
- Prepare weekly PowerPoint reports summarizing call trends, escalations, and performance insights for leadership.
- Conduct case reviews on higher-level customer complaints (including vendor or BBB-related issues) and report findings to management to support process and quality improvements.
