The role involves converting client inquiries into bookings by upselling vacations and packages as well as providing customer service to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell add-ons.

Most of the calls will be inbound (customers calling in already knowing they want to book something, must then sell them on the services)

Update and maintain accurate customer records, including comprehensive notes to ensure high-quality service.

Actively promote premium products and services while supporting ongoing marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues.

1+ years of experience in retail, upselling, or sales
