Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
- Monitor customer portals for orders, updates, and shipping notifications
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Engage with customer feedback and reviews across platforms
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Compensation: $19/hr
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30
- Location: 3 days onsite in Vernon Hills and 2 days work from home
- Start: April 6th
