LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Sales Recruiter to jump into a fast-growing, high-energy startup environment in Skokie IL. This Contract Sales Recruiter will take full ownership of recruiting for Sales and Customer Success roles, driving pipelines and closing top-tier talent.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, able to operate in the unknown and know how to creatively source passive candidates with limited resources,  this Contract Sales Recruiter opportunity is built for you.

What You’ll Do as a Contract Sales Recruiter
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Customer Success roles
  • Source passive candidates using creative, non-traditional methods
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent
  • Conduct screenings and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience
  • Track activity and manage pipelines within the ATS
  • Operate independently while adapting to shifting priorities
What You Bring as a Contract Sales Recruiter
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates without LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting for Sales or Customer Success roles
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Skokie, IL consistently
