LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter to support a leading global CPG organization. This Contract  Recruiter will step into a fast-moving environment with 15–20+ active requisitions across IT and global corporate functions. The team needs a talented Contract Recruiter who can own full-cycle recruiting from day one with minimal ramp-up.

This hybrid is a hybrid opportunity and is looking for someone to make an immediate impact and join the team ASAP.

What’s the job?

  • Manage 15–20+ active IT and global function requisitions
  • Own full-cycle recruiting: intake to offer, background check and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers to define scope, skill sets and hiring strategy
  • Recruit non technical and technical talent including Data Engineers and AI-focused roles
  • Source via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing tools
  • Utilize Workday ATS and CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and drive offer process
What’s needed?
  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring IT, data, engineering or AI talent + corporate reqs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads
  • Workday ATS experience preferred
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Omaha Tuesday–Thursday
