We are looking for a motivated, customer-driven Contact Center Representative to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable managing a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls. You’ll be the friendly, solution-oriented voice customers rely on for support.
What You’ll Do
• Manage high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Provide clear, accurate information while resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Enter and update customer details across multiple systems with strong attention to detail
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Meet key performance goals like average handle time, quality scores, and adherence
• Work closely with your team and supervisor to maintain a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• A high school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A friendly, patient, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to be onsite Monday through Friday
• Basic computer skills and comfort using customer service software
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus
