LaSalle Network is hiring for a Collaboration & Productivity Engineer II (Copilot) who is ready to redefine how AI powers the modern workplace. This Collaboration & Productivity Engineer II (Copilot) role sits at the intersection of innovation and impact, empowering one of the world’s top law firms to fully leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot. Based in Houston, this hybrid opportunity is perfect for a Collaboration & Productivity Engineer II (Copilot) eager to shape enterprise AI adoption in a highly regulated environment.

What’s the job?

  • Lead deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization

  • Build and optimize custom AI agents using Copilot Studio

  • Partner with legal and administrative teams to identify high-impact AI use cases

  • Enhance workflows like document review, research, and meeting prep

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support across Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive

  • Strengthen governance using Microsoft Purview, DLP, and eDiscovery tools

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and external vendors

  • Create training materials and lead user adoption initiatives

What’s needed?

  • 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio

  • Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive

  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, DLP, and compliance frameworks

  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience

  • Proven troubleshooting and escalation support capabilities

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience in legal or regulated industries is a plus
