What’s the job?

  • Lead environmental compliance and permit oversight

  • Analyze and trend batch production data within strict control limits

  • Identify performance drift before it impacts customers

  • Build executive-ready Excel reports and customer presentations

  • Serve as liaison across operations, maintenance and lab

  • Mentor one direct QA report

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives


What’s needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred

  • 5+ years in chemical or industrial manufacturing

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, trending, control limits)

  • Experience in automated batch production environments

  • Strong leadership presence and collaborative mindset

  • Full onsite commitment
