LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative for a national digital banking organization expanding its Chicago-based support operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative who can thrive in a high-volume environment and deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.
What’s the job?

Handle 75–90 inbound customer calls per day regarding accounts, transactions and digital banking tools

Authenticate customers and troubleshoot login, security or access concerns

Provide clear, step-by-step support for mobile banking features

Document all call activity and service requests with accuracy

Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores while meeting productivity expectations

Partner with fraud, operations and technical support teams on escalated issues
What’s needed?

2+ years of experience as a Call Center Representative, ideally within financial services or fintech
-
Ability to manage high-volume queues while staying composed and solution-focused

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating multiple systems

Reliability, professionalism and a team-first approach
