LaSalle Network is hiring a Business Analyst to join one of the most forward-thinking legal technology teams in the country. This Business Analyst opportunity sits within a newly forming PMO at a top-tier global law firm, where AI, automation and innovation are actively reshaping how legal work gets done. What You’ll Do
- Partner with attorneys, developers and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Translate conversations into clear business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specs
- Support AI, automation and legal tech initiatives across innovation and IT workstreams
- Document workflows for eDiscovery and litigation technology projects
- Act as a flexible Business Analyst across a diverse and evolving project portfolio
What’s Needed
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering skills
- Expertise in writing BRDs, functional and technical documentation
- Ability to navigate conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting multiple project types in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to AI, automation or eDiscovery is a plus
