As the Bilingual Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly manufacturing roles while serving as a trusted partner to HR and operations leaders. From sourcing talent to leading new hire orientations, you’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience from first conversation to day-one success. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, confident in front of groups and energized by building relationships on the production floor, this Bilingual Recruitment Consultant role was made for you.
Bilingual Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, distribution and operations roles
- Source, screen and schedule candidates across multiple departments
- Post and maintain job openings on job boards and internal systems
- Partner closely with HR and operations to meet aggressive staffing goals
- Distribute onboarding materials and ensure completion of all required paperwork
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with candidates and internal teams
Bilingual Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 4+ years of recruiting experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring preferred
- Confident communicator who can lead engaging orientations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with hourly teams daily
