This is onsite (3 days a week) in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans, marketing programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana) to assess brand performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Track and report on brand KPIs, competitive performance, and consumer insights.
- Assist in managing cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, R&D, finance, and agencies.
- Contribute to innovation and renovation projects, including concept development, packaging updates, and brief creation.
- Support budget management, including tracking spend and processing invoices.
- Collaborate with external partners (agencies, research firms, packaging vendors) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain brand assets and ensure consistent activation across channels.
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or marketing management within the CPG industry (required).
- Hands-on experience analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Circana).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
This position pays $45/hr-$50/hr+ depending on experience.
