Accounting Supervisor – Consolidations

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounting Supervisor – Consolidations who can bring both technical expertise and team leadership to the table. This Accounting Supervisor – Consolidations role blends hands-on accounting with mentorship, making it ideal for someone who has progressed in their career and is ready to lead from the front.

What’s the job?

• Oversee month-end consolidation process within SAP Group Reporting

• Review financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations

• Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and accountability

• Analyze consolidation reports and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate reporting for leadership and external stakeholders

• Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies

• Partner cross-functionally with finance, IT and leadership teams

• Support audits and internal controls initiatives

What’s needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s is a plus

• CPA or CPA eligibility required

• 5+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility

• Proven people management experience

• Consolidations experience in large or public companies

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• SAP experience preferred, or any other large ERP system (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

• Excellent interpersonal communication

Key Details

• Compensation: $135,000 base and eligible to earn a 10% bonus

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

• Location: Northbrook, IL

• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
