LaSalle Network is hiring for an Accountant to join a well-established multi-national company with a family-oriented culture. This is a hands-on accounting role perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing finance. Accountant Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform inventory accounting and reconciliations
- Assist with cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for cost efficiency insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate with production and operations teams for accurate reporting
What’s Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2+ years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory processes
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Familiarity with standard costing and production reporting
