Chief Executive Officer
Zach Vogel

Zach Vogel is Chief Executive Officer of LaSalle Network, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the talent solutions industry, scaling high-growth organizations and driving operational excellence. With a track record of transforming businesses into industry leaders, he is now focused on accelerating LaSalle Network’s growth while maintaining its award-winning culture.  

Before stepping into his role at LaSalle Network, Zach spent 17 years at Aerotek and TEKsystems, divisions of Allegis Group, where he was overseeing operations across Asia Pacific. Spending nearly a decade in Hong Kong, he led a team of 1,500 professionals across sales, delivery, recruitment, operations and support functions, growing regional revenue by 360 percent. Most recently, Zach was Chief Operating Officer at Heitmeyer Consulting. He received his BS from the University of Maryland.

Sirmara is LaSalle Network’s Chief Human Resources Officer, joining the company in 1999. With over 24 years of experience, Sirmara is a proven human resources leader with expertise in talent engagement and retention, leadership and management, training and development, employee benefits, and more.  

As a driving force behind the firm’s commitment to creating a workplace that attracts, nurtures, and retains top talent, Sirmara is an in-demand thought leader speaking at events across the country, as well as serving as a mentor to many human resources leaders.  

Sirmara has been named among Crain’s Chicago Business’ “Notable HR Leaders” and “Notable Black Executives,” Workforce Magazine’s “Workforce Game Changers,” Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching,” as well as a repeat honoree of Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Global 150 – Women in Staffing for her ongoing contributions to shaping the staffing and recruiting landscape globally. 

Sirmara has a BA from Columbia College Chicago.
