Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Build & Own the Function: This isn't just a “rinse and repeat” training role. You will have the autonomy to shape, standardize, and scale the training function from the ground up.

  • Direct Impact: Your work will directly support the rollout of a brand-new specialized Case Associate model and the expansion of Care Coordination teams, directly influencing employee retention and service delivery.

  • Collaborative Leadership: You will report directly to a strategic, supportive manager while partnering closely with executive leadership and site managers who value autonomy and innovation.

  • Mission-Driven Culture: Join a team that is deeply service-oriented, passionate about community care, and heavily invested in employee engagement.

Training Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Lead Onboarding & Training: Deliver comprehensive, engaging onboarding training for all new hires to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.

  • Standardize Training Materials: Evaluate, improve, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training content across multi-location teams.

  • Drive System Adoption: Train staff and support the rollout of complex internal systems and platforms (including PSFM, ECCPIS, Seamless, CC, and PSS).

  • Multi-Site Collaboration: Travel across 5 regional locations to deliver high-quality in-person and virtual training sessions.

  • Strategize with Leadership: Partner with organization leaders and site managers to continuously enhance onboarding efficiency and employee retention strategies.

Training Specialist Qualifications:

  • System Tech-Savviness: Comfort learning and teaching complex proprietary software systems and databases.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple local sites as needed to support training initiatives.
