LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing aerospace and manufacturing organization to hire an NDT Level II Inspector to support the expansion of its non-destructive testing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for performing inspections, evaluating product quality, supporting process controls, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a laboratory and production environment while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
What's the job?

Perform non-destructive inspections using liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and other applicable testing methods

Evaluate components against customer specifications and acceptance criteria

Develop and modify inspection techniques based on product requirements

Conduct process control checks and maintain compliance with quality standards

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records within internal systems
-
Assist with corrective actions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Support department throughput goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

Train and mentor team members developing NDT experience

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to resolve inspection-related issues
What's needed?

High school diploma or GED required
-
Current or previous NDT Level II certification experience preferred

Documented training and on-the-job experience in applicable NDT methods

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or quality-focused environments preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts of varying sizes and weights

Must be eligible to work in environments requiring compliance with export control regulations
