In this key position, you'll partner closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience that supports our growth and success.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience supporting full HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now, along with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with integrity.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with effective time management skills and a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities thoroughly.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Manufacturing experience or familiarity with adjacent industries.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- At least two years of relevant HR experience, ideally supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to support recruiting efforts primarily in the target region, including some travel for onboarding and operational support.
- Commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Passion for building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, PTO, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
