Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries

Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs

Assist with claims processing as needed
-
Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Must bring recent commercial insurance experience
-
Solid background in explaining EOBs
-
2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare

Work Model: Fully remote with equipment provided

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Training is 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, and post-training schedules are performance-based between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST.
