LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join a growing HR team in Wheeling! This Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across corporate and professional-level functions, including HR, finance, sales and manufacturing. We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried manufacturing and corporate roles

Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies

Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and additional sourcing channels

Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and urgency
-
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management
-
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
-
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Support recruiting projects including internship programs, ATS audits and process improvements
What’s Needed:
-
4+ years of corporate recruiting experience
-
Experience recruiting for corporate and salaried manufacturing roles
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Ability to confidently influence and push back with hiring managers when necessary

Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environments
-
Proficiency with Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
-
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
-
Prior mentoring or recruiting leadership experience preferred
-
Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Wheeling
-
Ability to start within two weeks preferred

U.S. work authorization required
