LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join a growing HR team in Wheeling! This Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across corporate and professional-level functions, including HR, finance, sales and manufacturing. We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter ready to influence hiring strategy, strengthen recruiting operations and grow into future leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried manufacturing and corporate roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies

  • Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and additional sourcing channels

  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and urgency

  • Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Support recruiting projects including internship programs, ATS audits and process improvements


What’s Needed:

  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting for corporate and salaried manufacturing roles

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to confidently influence and push back with hiring managers when necessary

  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume recruiting environments

  • Proficiency with Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills

  • Prior mentoring or recruiting leadership experience preferred

  • Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Wheeling

  • Ability to start within two weeks preferred

  • U.S. work authorization required
