We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Innovation to play a critical role in driving enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. This individual will operate as a strategic execution partner to senior technology leadership, helping translate high-level priorities into actionable plans while ensuring alignment, accountability and progress across key initiatives.

This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to executive stakeholders, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making, shape transformation strategy and drive meaningful business outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution & Transformation

  • Translate strategic priorities into structured, actionable plans across business and technology teams

  • Lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes

  • Identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain execution momentum


Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Develop executive-level presentations, board materials and strategic narratives

  • Synthesize complex data into clear insights to guide leadership decisions


Operational Leadership & Governance

  • Manage leadership team operating cadence, including planning cycles, agendas and strategic forums 

  • Establish governance frameworks that improve transparency, alignment and execution


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with technology, business and regional teams to drive alignment and execution

  • Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority


Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation 

  • Drive adoption of digital tools, automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity 


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital transformation or similar roles 

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership with executive-level communications and strategic initiatives 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment 

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital technology, IT, or large-scale transformation initiatives 

  • Background in highly matrixed or global organizations 

  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) [

This role operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a strong emphasis on ownership, initiative and executive presence. It is well-suited for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex problems and are motivated by influencing strategic outcomes at scale. 


Key Details:

  • Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

  • Compensation: $165,000 CAD

  • Bonus: Eligible to earn a 15% annual performance-based bonus

  • Equity: Not eligible

  • Benefits: Benefits available include medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement savings programs and paid time off. Additional wellness and employee support programs may also be available.
