Our client, a growing leader in the commercial interiors and design/build space, is looking to add an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building new business, networking within the commercial market, and selling a high-touch client experience rather than a transactional product.
This role offers the ability to work closely with internal design and project management teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best—developing partnerships, generating opportunities, and closing business. Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development

Build partnerships with commercial brokers, moving companies, and industry professionals

Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through proposal and close

Attend local networking events and industry associations to drive pipeline growth

Leverage inbound and marketing-generated leads while independently building your territory

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience

Proven ability to prospect and build pipeline independently

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience selling into commercial or business clients preferred

Exposure to commercial real estate, facilities, construction, or design/build industries is a plus

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base + opportunity to earn 2% commission
