Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels
- Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions
- Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals
Recruiter Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of accounting & finance, technology, engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, human resources, or administrative/clerical is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
- Proven success working in a performance-driven environment
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills
- Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000. This role includes an uncapped commission plan; first-year on-target earnings typically range from $80,000-$110,000K.
