LaSalle Network is partnering up with a leading technology services organization to hire a Senior Total Rewards Specialist in the South Suburbs of Chicago! This Senior Total Rewards Specialist role is perfect for someone ready to take full ownership of payroll and benefits operations in a fast-growing, multi-entity organization. What You’ll Do:

Own end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing for ~350 employees

Ensure payroll accuracy across exempt and non-exempt employees

Oversee timecard audits, overtime calculations and W-2/ACA reporting
-
Lead benefits administration, including open enrollment and renewals
-
Serve as primary contact for brokers, vendors and employee inquiries

Manage 401(k) contributions, compliance and audit support
-
Audit benefit invoices and ensure accurate payments
What’s Needed?:

5+ years of multi-state payroll experience + benefit administration
-
Deep knowledge of payroll compliance and wage laws
-
Experience managing benefits and 401(k) programs
-
Familiarity with Paylocity, or any HRIS preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
