What’s the job?

Welcome and register patients in a high-volume emergency department

Collect and verify insurance, demographic and billing information

Accurately manage copays, deductibles and payment receipts

Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain smooth patient flow

Deliver compassionate, clear communication to patients and families
What’s needed?

Prior experience in patient registration or customer service preferred

Familiarity with MedHealth and Cerner systems is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and empathy
