They are looking to hire motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated Admissions Advisors to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to connect with prospective students

Educate candidates on programs, outcomes, and financial considerations
-
Manage and follow up on inquiries to meet weekly enrollment goals
-
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for enrollment
-
Generate new leads through referrals and outreach
-
Guide accepted students through onboarding and orientation
-
Track activity, maintain accurate records, and support team initiatives
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of recent sales or admissions experience required
-
Experience managing 100+ call daily
-
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
-
Skilled at handling objections and guiding prospective students through decisions
-
Resilient and persistent in handling rejection
