LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Sales Recruiter to support a rapidly growing organization within the advanced energy space. This Senior Technical Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling U.S. commercial operations, partnering directly with leadership to attract top technical sales talent.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where this Senior Sales Recruiter will act as a true internal headhunter, not just a recruiter.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical sales, business development and marketing roles
- Manage 10–20 active requisitions across commercial functions
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates nationwide
- Partner with senior leadership to influence hiring strategy
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Recruiter
- Strong background recruiting for technical sales or commercial roles
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial or technology sectors preferred
- Advanced sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in Manteno, IL
- $55-60/hour pay
