LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a booming, global technology company, seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim Head of Total Rewards to join their team on an immediate basis. This role will lead and oversee global compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness.
This is a fully remote opportunity with an urgent need for someone who can step in quickly and drive impact.
Interim Head of Total Rewards Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and incentive structures

Partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and finance to align rewards strategy with business objectives

Oversee global compensation cycles, including benchmarking, salary planning, and incentive programs

Manage vendor relationships, including experience working with Aon for compensation and benefits benchmarking

Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation and broad-based reward programs

Ensure compliance with global regulations and best practices across multiple regions

Lead and mentor a total rewards team, providing direction and support in a fast-paced environment

Analyze market trends and data to drive competitive and equitable reward strategies
Interim Head of Total Rewards Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in total rewards, with strong global scope

Proven experience in a Head of Total Rewards or senior leadership role

Demonstrated success managing and developing teams

Hands-on experience working with Aon required

Strong knowledge of global compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory considerations

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
