This individual will be collaborating across a specialized group that supports management services, recruiting, and strategic account delivery.
Talent Manager, Strategic Accounts Responsibilities:
- Act as the right hand to an Executive Partner, supporting large enterprise client accounts across regions
- Own and manage executive-level work orders from intake through delivery
- Coordinate candidate submissions, track pipelines, and ensure opportunities are moving forward seamlessly
- Schedule and manage interviews, while serving as a key point of contact for consultants
- Provide ongoing post-placement support to consultants (primarily administrative + relationship-focused)
- Partner with internal leadership and occasionally participate in client-facing meetings
- Support staffing for project-based consultants and senior-level roles
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or healthcare IT recruiting/operations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working “behind the scenes” to drive execution
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-touch environment with demanding stakeholders
- Exposure to Epic or healthcare IT is a strong plus
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and enterprise clients
- Blend of operations, talent management, and strategic account support
- High-impact role with visibility across multiple layers of the organization
- Competitive compensation ($75,000-$90,000)
