LaSalle Network is hiring an R&D Process Engineer to join a globally recognized leader in the CPG space, supporting cutting-edge R&D initiatives in their confectionery portfolio.

This Process Engineer role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bridging innovation and manufacturing, and is ready to hit the ground running on high-visibility projects.

What’s the job?

  • Lead end-to-end process development from bench to pilot to full-scale production
  • Partner with R&D scientists to bring new product innovations to life
  • Develop process specs, manuals and troubleshooting documentation
  • Analyze trial data and drive actionable insights across workstreams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and supply chain
  • Support equipment installation, FATs and production qualifications
  • Ensure processes align with manufacturing capabilities and efficiency goals

What’s needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science-related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in Food manufacturing 
  • Hands-on trial and scale-up experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; statistical tools are a plus
  • Ability to travel locally and support plant trials
