LaSalle Network is looking for an Human Resources Coordinator to join a growing team for my client in the automotive manufacturing industry. This Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting onboarding and recruiting operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding processes, including background checks and drug screens in Workday
- Ensure a seamless new hire experience from offer through start date
- Support recruiting efforts as needed, including sourcing, scheduling and reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflows
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting or related field
- Hands-on experience with Workday required; Domo reporting a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with strong communication and stress management skills
- Competitive hourly pay ($25.00/hour-$30.00/hour)
