Jump in and make an immediate impact. LaSalle Network is seeking an Interim Plant Accounting Manager to stabilize and lead financial operations at a massive manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem.
This Interim Plant Accounting Manager will oversee accounting processes for a plant producing up to 17 million units per day. The right Interim Plant Accounting Manager knows how to operate in high-volume, low-margin environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What’s the job?
- Drive daily production reporting and financial data accuracy
- Analyze usage, identify discrepancies and resolve reporting gaps
- Lead plant-wide inventory processes and cycle counts
- Maintain strict adherence to SOX and internal controls
- Collaborate with purchasing on POs, GRs and pricing accuracy
- Align with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial integrity
- Act as a steady leader during a critical transition period
What’s needed?
- Manufacturing accounting experience (3+ years preferred)
- SAP experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
- CPA or leadership experience is a plus
