Hourly Pay Rate: $27-$31/hr

Are you an operational wizard who thrives in the fast-paced world of e-commerce? LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a prominent, north suburban-based medical device distribution company to find a detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Analyst.

This role is the backbone of the company’s digital retail presence. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of order management, inventory accuracy, and digital shelf maintenance across major platforms, including Amazon and Walmart.com. If you are a process-driven professional who enjoys turning data into streamlined fulfillment strategies, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Order Management Mastery: Oversee the full lifecycle of e-commerce orders, including processing, EDI automation, ASNs, and invoicing. You will be the point person for ensuring on-time delivery and high order accuracy.

  • Catalog & Item Setup: Own the item setup process for Amazon, Walmart.com, and various dropship accounts. You will ensure pricing, promotions, and product data are always accurate and aligned with merchandising goals.

  • Inventory Strategy: Conduct regular inventory checks, forecast dropship needs, and ensure product availability to drive customer satisfaction and minimize stock-outs.

  • Operational Analytics: Dive into Amazon Vendor Central and NetSuite data to track KPIs like acceptance rates and cancellation rates. You’ll transform these insights into actionable process improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support broader e-commerce initiatives and drive long-term growth.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or a similar supply chain role.

  • Platform Expert: Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart.com, and dropship operations is strongly preferred.

  • Systems-Savvy: You are proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and familiar with e-commerce tools like Jungle Scout.

  • Analytical & Organized: You have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume retail environment.

  • Problem-Solver: You are process-oriented, proactive, and always looking for ways to make fulfillment more efficient.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Why This Role?

  • Join a growing e-commerce department within a well-established company.

  • Play a critical role in optimizing fulfillment and driving sales performance.

  • Work in a collaborative, in-office team environment in the heart of Chicago.

Interested? If you have the operational rigor and e-commerce experience we are looking for, please apply via the link below or reach out to me directly to discuss the opportunity.
