LaSalle Network is hiring a Power BI Developer to step into a highly visible analytics role supporting a dynamic security organization. This Power BI Developer will partner directly with leadership to transform raw, unstructured data into clean, compelling dashboards that drive smarter decisions.
This is not a back-end role. We’re looking for a polished, front-facing Power BI Developer who can translate complex data into meaningful business insights for stakeholders across the CISO organization.
What’s the job?
- Redesign and enhance existing Power BI Developer dashboards for clarity and usability
- Partner with business stakeholders to define key security metrics
- Translate large datasets into actionable visual insights
- Audit current reporting and identify gaps in data storytelling
- Support leadership with tailored, audience-specific reporting
- Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams
What’s needed?
- 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Analyst
- Advanced Power BI dashboarding and visualization skills
- Strong Excel expertise
- Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders
- Nice to have: Security or compliance data experience, ServiceNow
