Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day benefits programs for 1,500+ U.S. employees
- Investigate and resolve 401(k) issues
- Support 401(k) audit through data analysis and vendor coordination
- Manage the full cycle leave of absence programs (FMLA, STD, LTD)
- Serve as liaison between employees and third-party vendors
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate pay coordination
- Analyze benefits data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Enhance communications using AI and internal tools
- 3–5+ years of benefits administration experience
- Strong 401(k) compliance and regulatory expertise
- Experience managing leave programs and vendors
- Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred
- Strong problem-solving and independent work style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Competitive hourly pay ($38–$42/hour)
