RCM Analyst Epic HB & Patient Billing Claims 

Location: Remote (U.S. – excludes certain states) 
Employment Type: Direct Hire 
Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually (based on experience)

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading healthcare organization known for innovation, growth, and a strong focus on employee development to hire an RCM Epic Analyst (HB or PB). In this role, you’ll support and optimize revenue cycle operations across Epic billing systems; either Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional/Patient Billing (PB), ensuring system accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level analyst with hands-on Epic build experience who enjoys solving system issues, supporting billing operations, and improving workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally with IT, revenue cycle, and operations teams to maintain system integrity and drive efficiency, with the opportunity to contribute to impactful, enterprise-level initiatives.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop, test, and maintain Epic Revenue Cycle modules (HB or PB), including system enhancements, updates, and implementations. 
  • Support billing systems, interfaces, and operational workflows while managing and resolving tickets through a queue. 
  • Investigate, document, and troubleshoot system issues, serving as a key point of contact for end-users. 
  • Maintain system configurations including payer plans, providers, and coding tables (ICD/CPT/HCPCS). 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, support reporting needs, and align system functionality with business processes. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Epic Certification (HB or PB) required 
    • Candidates not currently certified must be open to obtaining certification within the first 2 months of employment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Epic build experience including testing, implementation, and ticket resolution. 
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience supporting revenue cycle systems and knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS, and HIPAA standards.
