LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a nonprofit organization based in Chicago for a Donor Support Representative.
Donor Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound donor calls (approximately 60 calls per day)
- Speak with and email donors as needed
- Process donations and update donor information accurately
- Provide prayer support when requested (training provided)
- Respond to donor emails and maintain positive, compassionate communication
- No upselling or solicitation of additional donations
Donor Support Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous customer service or retail experience; nonprofit experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
