Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across financial services and technology, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within financial services.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, capital markets positions, or financial services professionals preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software engineers, data professionals, trading technology, quant roles, or financial markets professionals.
- Background in agency recruiting or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or trading organizations.
Pay: $65-78/hr
Location: Manhattan, NY, hybrid schedule: 3 days per week on-site
