Position Overview
LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable water solutions company to hire a Customer Service Representative. This individual will play a key role in supporting customers through phone communication, service scheduling, and billing inquiries in a structured, script-based environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is resourceful, independent, and experienced in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls via Ring Central phone system
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and contracts
  • Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistent customer experience
  • Utilize ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms to document and manage customer interactions
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Prior experience using SAP, Oracle, IFS, or similar ERP systems required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Logistics
  • Pay Rate: $22/hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire based on performance
  • Location: Fully onsite in one of their office locations: Norristown, PA; Dayton/Fairborn, OH; or Newburgh/New City, NY
