LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturer to hire an on-site Operations Associate in their Chicago office!
Operations Associate Responsibilities:
Process Documentation & Playbook Creation
- Learn and execute daily workplace tasks to develop and maintain SOPs for front desk, facilities, and workplace operations.
- Build a formal workplace playbook outlining internal workflows, responsibilities, and key contacts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to capture and organize operational knowledge.
- Use Microsoft Office to document and manage processes.
- Assist with greeting visitors, managing phones, and with deliveries and building access.
- Assisting in helping to formalize and improve package receiving, mailroom, and office supply processes.
- Collaborate with IT, Procurement, and People & Organization teams.
- Serve as a utility player supporting broader workplace operations.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience working directly with streamlining operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams and SharePoint.
- Friendly, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Compensation: $24.00/hour – $27.00/hour depending on experience.
