Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing private financing company specializing in vehicle and home protection plans. This is a high-impact, hybrid opportunity located in Chicago Illinois.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment and enjoy being the calm, empathetic voice customers rely on, this role is for you.

Compensation & Perks:

  • $21-$22/hour

  • 90-day temp-to-perm opportunity

  • Option for Medical, dental and vision insurance 

  • Overtime available as needed

  • Equipment provided (laptop, headset, monitor)

Schedule:

  • Hybrid: Monday–Wednesday onsite

  • Thursday & Friday remote

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle 80–100 inbound calls daily related to vehicle payments

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

  • Transfer coverage and claims calls as needed

  • Return customer calls and manage follow-ups

  • Maintain call times under three minutes while ensuring quality and compliance

  • Protect customer interests while upholding company standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • Comfortable supporting elderly and non-tech-savvy customers

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

  • Willingness to complete background, and 7-panel drug screening (no THC)
