LaSalle Network was hired to assist in the search for a Global Product & Marketing Manager for a leading medical manufacturing organization focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative, connected medical technologies.
This Marketing & Product Manager will lead the strategic growth of a connected device portfolio spanning hardware, software, and digital health solutions.
This role partners cross-functionally with product, R&D, clinical, commercial, and regional teams to drive innovation, portfolio strategy, and global adoption of connected medical technologies.
This position is onsite 3 days a week in the northern suburbs of Chicago and is a 6 month contract to start with the potential to convert for the right candidate!
What You Will Do:

  • Develop product roadmaps across hardware, software, and connectivity platforms
  • Drive growth through market insights, innovation, and customer needs
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform portfolio decisions
  • Build business cases, financial models, and commercialization strategies
  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams on go-to-market planning, pricing, and positioning
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global organization
  • Support product launches, clinical value propositions, and adoption initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and optimize growth strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, upstream marketing, or product management
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product launches
  • 2-3+ years of experience B2B SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines


This position pays $45/hr-$50/hr depending on experience.
