This Retirement Benefits Service Representative position is contract-to-hire and ideal for a service-driven professional ready to support retirees with care, clarity and confidence.
As a Retirement Benefits Service Representative, you are the face and voice of the organization. You’ll guide retirees through pension questions, benefit updates and profit-sharing plan inquiries after training.

Answer inbound calls from retirees and future retirees

Explain pension and retirement benefit details

Maintain and update retirement account records

Process dependent changes and administrative updates

Support profit-sharing plan inquiries post-training

Assist with general office and switchboard duties
