HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Drive recruiting, screening and shortlisting for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and serve as liaison to hiring managers while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage recruiting workflows and ensure seamless candidate experience
- Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics
- Assist with performance management processes
- Provide support on employee relations matters
- Contribute to learning and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement and culture-building activities
HR Generalist Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Proven recruiting coordination and execution experience
- Ability to operate within structured HR processes
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable supporting administrative HR functions
- Thrives in collaborative, evolving environments
- Competitive salary range ($65,000-$75,000)
