LaSalle Network is hiring for a Technical Business Analyst in Chicago, IL, to join a fast-growing SaaS organization building scalable, high-impact technology solutions. This Technical Business Analyst will sit onsite with leadership and engineering, owning requirements from concept through delivery. If you thrive in fast-moving SaaS environments and love translating business needs into technical clarity, this role was built for you.

The right Technical Business Analyst is analytical, detail-obsessed and comfortable partnering directly with engineers and the CTO to drive execution.

What’s the job?

  • Own the full lifecycle of technical requirements from discovery to deployment

  • Translate business use cases into detailed functional specifications and user stories

  • Partner with engineers and product leaders to define APIs and system integrations

  • Identify risks, gaps and dependencies early

  • Develop process flows, system diagrams and documentation

  • Support acceptance criteria, validation and release readiness

  • Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence

What’s needed?

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software environment

  • Strong expertise in Agile and SDLC

  • Experience writing detailed functional specifications

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a SaaS organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
