Senior External Reporting Accountant
Location: Mission Viejo, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
LaSalle Network is partnering with a global, publicly traded organization to hire a Senior External Reporting Accountant for its Mission Viejo headquarters. This is a high-impact, highly visible role supporting consolidated financial reporting and SEC filings within a complex, multinational environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
- 15% annual bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Support SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases, and related disclosures
- Own components of the global consolidation process, including preparation and posting of consolidating journal entries
- Review and eliminate intercompany balances and transactions
- Perform technical accounting research and prepare supporting documentation
- Support SOX compliance and disclosure controls
- Partner closely with FP&A, operational finance, and international teams
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Identify and drive process improvements across reporting cycles
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA strongly preferred
- 3+ years of public accounting, technical accounting, or SEC reporting experience
- Big 4 or national public accounting experience highly preferred
- Experience in a publicly traded or multinational environment
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
