Contract Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: $30-$37 an hour

Responsible for providing leadership within the warehouse operation. This includes staffing, training, and scheduling of all warehouse associates and operators. Ensures a safe and compliant work environment for all employees in accordance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Accountable for daily decision-making related to team performance, efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities

Lead warehouse supervisors and staff to maximize team productivity and operational efficiency.

Monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training, and coaching to achieve desired results.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and strengthen employee engagement.

Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse that sustains all cGMP and ISO standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and deliver on branch or site performance metrics.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational productivity and cost control, with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Serve as a role model for company values and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.

Demonstrated leadership ability, including directing teams, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback and development opportunities.

Ability to complete and pass company forklift certification in accordance with safety guidelines.

High energy and positive attitude; contributes to a strong team culture.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven.

Strong computer proficiency.
Working Environment and Physical Requirements

Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs, and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs in a warehouse environment.
