Contract Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, including software engineering, data, product and IT
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals and other channels
- Conduct technical screens to assess skills, experience and culture add
- Manage interview coordination, candidate pipelines and offer processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in the ATS
- Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
Contract Technical Recruiter Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Proven success recruiting technical and engineering talent
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to evaluate nuanced technical profiles
- Comfortable working hybrid with three days onsite per week in Chicago
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills
- Competitive hourly pay of $45–$55/hr
